If Simon Dean Motor Services Ltd service my vehicle, will it invalidate my warranty?

NO! Our adherence to the manufacturers service specifications and use of OE matching parts ensures your warranty will not be affected.

Can you stamp my service book?

Yes. We will stamp your service book to show which service has been carried out. Also if applicable, we will go onto your vehicle manufacturer’s web portal and electronically enter your vehicle as having been serviced to manufacturer’s specifications.

My service light is on, will you be able to reset it?

Yes  We have up to date diagnostic equipment to reset service lights and variable service indicators.

Will the price I’m quoted be the price I pay?

Yes. When we give a quote for a job providing there are no other complications or issues during a repair the final invoice value will match your quote. Should any issues with parts compatibility/additional parts required or more labour is required due to seized items etc then we will contact you to explain what we have found and update you with advice and any additional costs.

What kind of service do I need?

If you are unsure what kind of service you may require then why not give our friendly reception staff a call.They will be able to talk you through and guide you on the best service to have based on your vehicles age/mileage and it’s previous servicing. We may offer you a fixed price 3+ service as shown on our website. If your vehicle is under manufacturers warranty we are still able to service it without affecting your warranty by carrying out a manufacturer specific service.Please contact us for details.
