Simon Dean

I have been a motor vehicle technician since 1983 where over a 5 year period I attained a ONC qualification in motor vehicle service & repair and a HNC qualification in motor vehicle management.

I am also a Member of the Institute of the Motor Industry (MIMI) and a certified automotive engineer.

I have experience of a wide range of vehicle makes and over 19 years experience diagnosing and repairing Citroen/Peugeot vehicles.

I have also attended many manufacturer courses and also many automotive courses with Bosch.

I also specialise in all the electronic diagnosis and repair work we carry out.

Terry Barlow

Terry has 26 years experience within the retail motor industry, the majority of this time has been spent diagnosing and repairing Fiat vehicles.

He is a qualified vehicle technician and has completed many manufacturer courses. Lately he has attended many courses to supplement his knowledge and to ensure that he his up to date with modern vehicle technology.

Terry has a first fix ethos and strives very hard to achieve correct diagnosis and repair of all vehicle faults that are presented to him. He has also had eight years experience of Citroen vehicles whilst working for the company.

Obviously Terry is our 'Fiat Specialist' and his knowledge and experience of this vehicle brand is unsurpassed!!

Terry is also our in house "Air Conditioning Specialist", he has attended air-con courses and is qualified in the handling of refrigerants and qualified up to the 'F' Gas regulations for air con service and repair.

MANDY BARLOW

Mandy is our "Service Advisor" and takes care of our customers  from booking in, checking in right through to the collection of vehicles. Mandy ensures everything is carried out to the customers  specification and satisfaction throughout.

Mandy has many years experience in a customer facing environment, including customer liaison and customer service within the motor trade industry.

ASHLEY SHAW

Ashley is our apprentice vehicle techician he is currently training on a broad range of vehicles and systems.

He is also attending college on a day release basis and he has recently attended technical courses with Bosch Automotive.

Ashley has almost come to the end of his 3 year college training and is due to complete the course this year, which will give him his qualified status.
