This 'Premium Service' is designed to give an in depth report on a vehicles condition and also to allow comprehensive maintenance to be carried out.
The check list ensures that all major items are inspected and all major service parts* are replaced. This service is recommended to customers who have no service history and would like a thorough inspection/maintenance plan for their vehicle or for vehicles four years and older where a cost effective service plan is needed. This comprehensive service schedule is priced at £189 inc.

All major services include a fuel treatment. The purpose of this additive in a 'PETROL' engine is to clean,tar,dirt, and carbon away from the injectors/oxygen sensor and catalytic converter. It also cleans carbon from the engine components for optimum performance. The additive used in a DIESEL engine will clean the injectors and lubricate the high pressure diesel pump. This is very important due to diesel having a low sulphur content, causing low lubrication properties. Please state '£189 Service' when making your booking. What a joy to find a Garage that truly understands customer service. I had a diagnostic check done at a Citroen franchise dealer who issued a report saying that it would cost well over the value of the car to fix the list of issues. I found Simon on the internet and following a couple of days intelligent analysis of the problems, he found that there was little wrong with the car that a re-boot of the ECU couldn't cure. Simon patiently explained the issues, gave me alternatives and involved me in the analysis. The result was a fix that cost a fraction of the Citroen quote (which wouldn't have solved the problem anyway as it turned out). I am one happy customer - cannot recommend Simon Dean Motors highly enough they are honest and want to fix the problem for you, rather than just maximising the revenue they can get out of customers for unnecessary work. Brilliant!!!
