Fixed Price Service Schedules
When assessing the above charges you also need to consider:
- We don’t diagnose vehicles by substituting parts, we have invested significantly in high end equipment to more accurately establish the fault. A code read and report is sometimes all that is needed to find the answer to a vehicle fault and the fix is something simple.
- Sometimes a code read and report will not identify a fault and further investigation is required. We will always inform you of any additional labour time costs required prior to continuing.
- Vehicles are now very complex but we offer an informed jargon free logical step by step process to fault finding so our customers have a full understanding of any costs at each stage of the fault trace and repair.
- We offer a full parts and labour warranty on all of our services and repairs.

What a joy to find a Garage that truly understands customer service. I had a diagnostic check done at a Citroen franchise dealer who issued a report saying that it would cost well over the value of the car to fix the list of issues. I found Simon on the internet and following a couple of days intelligent analysis of the problems, he found that there was little wrong with the car that a re-boot of the ECU couldn't cure. Simon patiently explained the issues, gave me alternatives and involved me in the analysis. The result was a fix that cost a fraction of the Citroen quote (which wouldn't have solved the problem anyway as it turned out). I am one happy customer - cannot recommend Simon Dean Motors highly enough they are honest and want to fix the problem for you, rather than just maximising the revenue they can get out of customers for unnecessary work. Brilliant!!!

From start to finish I was kept up to date what was being done to my car and also explained to me why my car was faulty and what needed to be done to get it working safely, again Absolutely great.
