What a joy to find a Garage that truly understands customer service. I had a diagnostic check done at a Citroen franchise dealer who issued a report saying that it would cost well over the value of the car to fix the list of issues. I found Simon on the internet and following a couple of days intelligent analysis of the problems, he found that there was little wrong with the car that a re-boot of the ECU couldn’t cure. Simon patiently explained the issues, gave me alternatives and involved me in the analysis. The result was a fix that cost a fraction of the Citroen quote (which wouldn’t have solved the problem anyway as it turned out). I am one happy customer – cannot recommend Simon Dean Motors highly enough they are honest and want to fix the problem for you, rather than just maximising the revenue they can get out of customers for unnecessary work. Brilliant!!!
From start to finish I was kept up to date what was being done to my car and also explained to me why my car was faulty and what needed to be done to get it working safely, again Absolutely great. The young man who repaired my car and phoned me several times to keep me up dated was named Ashley Shaw. It makes a change to be dealt with so efficiently.
